The seminar that we started on June 13, 2019, is part of the seminars that periodically and seasonally we will develop from now on each spring and autumn through our experts and partners. These are training seminars in which we will publicize our activities, providing new knowledge and training to our clients, our potential clients and future professionals in the tourism sector: students in the last years of vocational training and university centres.
The seminars also aim to collect the needs of the sector to design and develop training activities: workshops, courses, ... where to share good practices to achieve business models 4.0 around the improvement of processes and the greater sustainability of the activities of our sector, since the hospitality sector plays a fundamental role in the implementation of responsible practices with the environment in Gran Canaria.
On June 13, 2019, starting at 10:00 a.m., at Lavandería Romeral, we will develop our first training and dissemination seminar to learn about the technologies and strategies that can make hotels more competitive, productive and sustainable, this time focusing on improving the service, using RFID technologies applied to the logistics of maintenance services and cleaning of textiles in hotels.

Yesterday, February 12, 2019, the General Director of Lavandería Romeral, Mrs. Yukonda Esparragoza, accompanied by the Minister of Economy, Industry, Commerce and Knowledge of the Government of the Canary Islands, Mr. Pedro Ortega; of the mayor-president of the illustrious city council of the town of Agüimes, Mr. Oscar Hernández; and of the CEO of SODECAN - Society for Economic Development of the Canary Islands, Mr. José Joaquín Bethencourt; inaugurated the new facilities of the company in the Arinaga Industrial Estate in the municipality of Agüimes.
After the ribbon cutting the general director Yukonda Esparragoza expressed her gratitude according to her own words "to all those who, on such an important day for the Romeral Family, have set aside their time and have come to accompany us at the official opening of our new facilities" , likewise he indicated "Personally, I have been working for more than 20 years for and for this project that was born in 1997, when I had the opportunity to start in Lavandería Romeral"
